Carb content of Kumara

Anyone know the carb content on NZ Red Kumara? (not 'sweet potatoes')

The figures I use are

75cal, 1g Pro, 17.3g Carb, 0.2g Fat per 100g.

I can't remember where I got them from, but that's what I entered into my spreadsheet, so they must have come from somewhere reliable (possibly NZ Crop & Food?)

Raw per 100g of "Owairaka Red", 474kj (divide by four for approx cals), 1.25g protein, 0.21g fat, 25.3g net carbs

That seems to about the consensus on my spreedsheets but the Calories work out to be around 109 Cal for 100g baked

That site mentions it's the gold kumara that're known as sweet potatoes, but in the states if you order "sweet potato" you get a pukey orange kumara, that I've found anyway :puke: :pfft:
