Thought i'd finish my back workout of last week with a few sets of hyper-extensions. NEVER EVER do hyper-extensions while on d-bol. The 10min car ride back from the gym included at least 100 swear words, three stops and walks around the car, and 3 near miss nose to tails :doh:
