Wellington supplement shop?

If you're looking for a "walk in" kinda store, then there is Gymeez on Willis street (up the Manners end), or Xtreme Nutrition on Taranaki Street (opposite Brendan Motors). There are also heaps of Health 2000 stores (or similar chains) that are dotted around the city, and even through some suburbs - these tend to be a tad expensive in my experience though.

If you're after an online store - which usually works out cheaper - then I'd recommend either shotgunsupplements, or bodybuilding.co.nz

At this time of year I think they may be out of action or only lightly staffed, so delivery could take a little while, but at all other times of year they usually get it to you the day after you order.

Fantastic! Thank you, drizzt.

I'm in need of it right away, so I'll have to get some from one of shops you suggested. I'll be sure to look through those sites for my next purchase though.

In terms of brand names you stick by, what would you recommend? I think I'd like to try get some Gaspari MyoFusion. Is this a good choice? I'm a beginner and have been lifting about a month, I'll be starting this routine in the new year.

Ta!

No probs :)

Brand names as in protein? I've learnt to keep it pretty simple, the less additives the better. Have begun keeping away from "brands" over the last year or two, as I've found the cheaper local alternatives seem to be of better quality, as well as being a lot cheaper.

Gaspari MyoFusion is a nice protein, but I just go for the simple nutratech range these days (can also get their unflavoured protein here).

Much cheaper, decent protein per scoop, and minimal additives  That's not to say don't go for brands, though. I bought Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey regularly up until a year or two ago, and that was a decent flavour:price:content ratio. I still buy their Casein
