Shit, all I`m saying is people give out the wrong advice sometimes and when beginners ask for it, they often get confused because one person says this or that. Don`t get how people jump to the conclusion it was aimed at one person, some could read an article and give advice without having done it themselves. No piece of paper can give the amount of knowledge you need, unless you put it together with practical experience, some people say things out of the book which annoys me when keen beginners come for advice

Jigga:  I post up my sessions and try give advice from what I`ve learned. Sure I joke around, everyone does. At the end of the day, knowledge once APPLIED is useful. Heck I could go see Jay Cutler/Ronnie Coleman for advice, talk for two hours, it doesnt mean shit unless I actually put it into practice.

You call me the dumbass when all you do is troll, how about get of your ass and train like most people on this forum

Rookie, NZBB is a bit like TV. If you don't like what you are watching, you change the channel.

It's not always about agreeing with others but accepting their right to have their view. Even if it is about the flavour of their protein powder lol.

Anyway, get back into the gym brah. Tell us about those freaky Japanese and why they are such awesome bench pressers. :)

People are gonna hate on Phed, dude's always getting arseholes

Doesn't bother me. I talk a lot based more on science than experience, because unfortunately there's a limited amount of time a person can spend training in a day, and it's far less than a person can spend reading/educating themselves. (Which is far from all I do, despite what some people think  ) After I've gained more practical experience myself I'm sure my ratio will shift more towards experiences, but at the moment science/knowledge is what I have more of. I know my strengths and weaknesses, and yes lack of training experience is one of them.

Fair points mate. In your favour, you have the opportunity to get the balance right between science and practice. And this combination is a formidable one.

I hate when people disregard advice only because the person giving it isn't the biggest guy in the room.

Fits me to a T :pfft:

"And i Quote" Can't we all just get along.

Doc said it best, how 'bout we all just get back in the gym

check with phedder you guys might be over training. lol (jokes phedd)

Well, from my calculations... :shifty: Sure as hell beats no training :)

Cheers Doc, that's the plan. Still so much to learn and a lot of training to do, going to be one hell of a journey.

Think what you want PD. I just hate people who give advice from the book, too many only say what other people want to hear, 9/10 it`s not correct. PD I`ve had girls try and tell me how to squat, after a PT course they think they`re certified in lifting. You can only learn some things with time under the bar.

With you there on the "you can only learn some things with time under the bar"

Ok I've done this building mass thing for a couple of years now and have put on some good weight and size, and through out it i've made those mistakes and have learnt more about how MY body works...the thing i hate the most, is hearing people talk sh*t on here who have done a PT course or similar and use fancy as words and who've probably never in their lives felt a good pump from an intense workout to the point where you feel as if your skin is about to rip...sometimes I amaze myself...
