Ok so there was a few war of words in Peachy`s thread NZBB awards. I thought why not let out all the anger now before 2010 is over. I`m the type of person who says it like it is and can deal with harsh words.

Things/what people say you hate the most. So many experts on this site who dont do their yards in the gym

Think what you want PD. I just hate people who give advice from the book, too many only say what other people want to hear, 9/10 it`s not correct. PD I`ve had girls try and tell me how to squat, after a PT course they think they`re certified in lifting. You can only learn some things with time under the bar.

It sucks when BBing is such a cool sport but people disgrace it, I dislike people who put a bad name to anything, especially things like PLing/BBing.

I dont know where you people get time to hate, between my WWE watching and the extreme burn in my arse from my FST-7 training and the repairing of my bike I dont have time to hate.

I do hate when girls at the gym hit on me because I such a sexy movie star it makes me feel :shifty:

i could have not commented on this thread but if no one makes you feel stupid then you will carry on the rest of your life saying shit people facepalm to. you are the one member on here that says one stupid thing after another and never learns. maybe there is no hope for you but atleast i did my bit to help.

Come on ratty for the most part people dont personally attack you, take the piss sure but what do you expect when you refer to yourself as a movie star 8) and post videos of yourself doing partial squats then in your journal you talk a big game with no video proof.

If you film one of your workouts showing the weights you claim to lift with decent form I will never take the piss again.

I think its rather unjustified. Phed is a quality poster, applying what he learned in the classroom to the weights room, I have a lot of respect for that. Im a qualified pt and can agree that there is a lot of bs to sort through but that doesnt mean all of its rubbish.

Doing your own programming and finding out what works for you can be a long process trying to find the right ingredients (im still looking :pfft: ). Being told what to do is alot easier and seems like it makes you an instant expert in this game nowadays.

Doesn't bother me. I talk a lot based more on science than experience, because unfortunately there's a limited amount of time a person can spend training in a day, and it's far less than a person can spend reading/educating themselves. (Which is far from all I do, despite what some people think :roll: ) After I've gained more practical experience myself I'm sure my ratio will shift more towards experiences, but at the moment science/knowledge is what I have more of. I know my strengths and weaknesses, and yes lack of training experience is one of them.

I hate when people disregard advice only because the person giving it isn't the biggest guy in the room.

Certain subjects are always interesting when they are brought up. Vegetarianism is always a hot topic and I don't understand why. It's just protein, fats and carbs just another way. 

Personal attacks are uncalled for although sometimes amusing. As mentioned before, it's a forum designed to share ideas and help out each other so people should just chill out a little.
