Hi all.

I am an absolute beginner who has recently discovered the world of bodybuilding.

I'm 16, 5'7 and 50kgs or 110lbs.. (I know I'm super skinny but that's why I've made up my mind about body building )

I've already got a membership for a local gym and my ultimate goal would be to gain 20kgs.

I'm super hyped and ready to go but the thing is, I have no idea where to start or what to do so any advice/help would be greatly appreciated. (Like a routine I should do or something)

Hey mate welcome aboard. Probably the best place to start is to click into the "resources' section on this site and read through the "body building for beginners". That gives you some basic ideas. from there you can start asking questions. Also talk with the staff at your gym and use them to check your technique and form when training. Remember you are still young and your goals sound very acheivable so you dont need to rush. This way you will avoid injuries. Eat plenty and Good luck.
