what to do next?

currently doing a 5x5. finishing that today and then the rest of the week off the gym to rest up.

then im going to try a 4 week GVT program.

what else is there? im after building mass at the momment for the next 6-8months or so.

currently gaining just under 1kg body weight per week. sitting on 83.5kg at the mo.

end goal is 90kg 9-10%BF

I read 1kg per week as 1kg per muscle and thought you must be a fucking beast lol

You could always try a push/pull split. From what I've seen, full body splits work best for very advance lifters or people on gear as they are able to constantly stay anabolic. What are your stats atm? Height? Bodyfat? Lifts?

my bench sux i feel

see my journal

im happy with my back work and leg work and feel stongest with hose.

200kg leg press

160kg squat

dips with 25kg plate

deadlift 150kg

yet still not be able to bench my bodyweight yet. quess thats just how things go. im still working on it.

i also need to do some more work for my shoulders
