i ticked endurance/energy.. but it seems u cant get one of this that give u good energy boost without feeling like ur on fucken E, they all f*ck my pwo appetite.

imo ur much better off with a post workout drink, the pre workout things if u use them all the time lose there effect, and you really dont need them... apart from making me feel like shit they dont do anything more for me than whjat a red bull or a v would do.

That's not gonna be helped by DMAA or caffeine etc

Yeah, not unless you're a caffeine addict, then it might help you focus a bit better if your cravings/withdrawals are messing with your focus

Mental concentration would be what I would want from a PWO sup, gotta get that mind-muscle connection perfect tbh. I wonder what ridderol/adderol would be like pwo haha!

Do you sesh and workout?

Sadly herb just makes me concentrate on other things and throws my workout off. If it works for you then you're a lucky bugger, but just sesh after and chow down on a PWO feed :D

i think it can get a bit dodgey when doin heavy weights,so i knocked that on the head.

these days im just into pharmaceuticals.
