DB Triple Drop Incline Press

Presuming you know what dumbbell incline press is, triple drop just means do 3 sets in a row without any break, just changing the weight. Imo, you start heavy and aim for failure on the first set, straight into second with less weight but still aim to fail, and rinse repeat for third. feel the burn!

Seated 1 Arm Snatch looks like a DB or KB exercise, never tried it

Guessing 3Way Shoulder Raise means do the three exercises one after another for each rep ?

Hi Soulz

The first one is as described above, the second one is probably way more advanced than you would need to even consider and the third one is a basic shoulder superset that goes as follows.

Dumbbell in each hand, hold them in front of your waist. Keeping your arms straight stretch them out to your sides until they are parallel with your neck then lower them again.

The next part has you bent over at 90' with the floor. Again with a dumbbell in each hand stretch your arms out until they are parallel with your neck. The last part has you pickup a barbell plate and with a hand at each side of it, slowly and controlled raise it up with straight arms until it is above your head height then slowly lower it back down. Try not to fling it up at the start and don't lever the weight with your back. If you have to you have gone to heavy, pickup a smaller plate.

So in your case I would say you would pickup a pair of dbs, do a set of 12 lat raise, then straight away do 12 bent raises, put the dumbbells down, pickup a plate and do 12 front raises. Mean burn after that.

A very effective shoulder workout goes like this

Dumbbell shoulder press - 3 sets of 12

Dumbbell lat raise - 3 sets of 12

Plate raises - 3 sets of 12

Arnold Presses - 3 sets of 12

And alot of people like training their traps with shoulders so you could finish with some shrugs if you like.
