so far.. 6 egg whites on 1 piece of toast, a pottle of cottage cheese and a tin of tuna. protein shake shortly then a bit of turkey breast and roast veges with the family tonight. will definatly treat myself to a bit of pudding though it is xmas after all! \:D/

So far waffles topped with maple syrup and strawberry's,one 750 ml bottle of water from Italy,Phoenix apple,pickles,olives,fish,salad,rice,pumpkin pie,couple glasses of coke zero and still to come turkey,kumara,carrots,broccoli,stuffing also plan on treating myself to some pudding as well and best of all I get to eat what ever I want today \:D/ \:D/ \:D/

upon waking 2 scoops protein in whip cream + christmas fruit cake (no icing)

breakfast at friends, half muffin with egg x3 2 summits and some Baileys coffee

lunch turkey, pasta salad, cranberry source more coffee with bad things in it

presents involved chocolate...it is now gone...more coffee

Desert! : cheese cake strawberries blueberries and tarts...i dropped some why into that too.

Will be back to tell you how fat I am later, resting at 94 now 8) by the time I take a dump...be back to 90 lol ><

today i had my shake this mornin with milk, 2 eggs, banana, toasted cerial,an a yoghurt,

then at 10 had a masive breaky! venison sausage, 2 hash browns, a heap of scrambled eggs, mushroom sauce, 2 slices of bacon!

then at lunch had a protein shake then done my work out and then had protein shake

and then had chiken , lamb an salad :)

then chiken and salad

tea is yet to come!!

Kicked it off with choc-chip pancakes (although I did add a serve of whey to the mix :grin: ).

Roast chicken and vegies with gravy, followed by xmas pudding & ice cream for lunch.

Lunch leftovers foir dinner. And throw in a handful of fruitmince pies, and a bottle of wine.

Back to being good tomorrow :nod:

Fasted until roughly 3pm, technically broke it with a corona :lol: quickly followed by 2 mounded plates of turkey, pork, kumara, pumpkin, beans and carrots drowning in gravy. Then a bowl of chocolate log soaked in cream and a bowl of pavlova, followed by constant grazing on various assortments of fruits and chocolates and pastries etc. 3 hours of constant eating, heaven :grin:

So far ive had nans afghans, bacon, sausages, yoghurt, pork, chicken, rump steak, potatoe salad made with a jar of best foods =P~ and while i was at work I snuck some rum and coke and downed half a box of choclate liquers whiskey style, now onto the mexican beer. This will probablly be my diet for the next week \:D/

2am a big mac and quarter pounder fries and a coke.

9am big mac, 2 rows of dairy milk chocolate can of coke

10am Can of coke, more chocolate, lime icecream

2pm 2 cans of coke, more chocolate, chicken n buns

4pm a whole packet of toffee pops washed down with another can of coke

dinner egg and ham omelet

Now lime ice cream, crunchie cadbury chocolate 2 rows, one last can of coke.

Anybody watching their diet today needs a punch in the head

Today usual breakie.. protein laden.. followed by ham, turkey, fruity rice salad, potato salad, green salad, garlic bread, trifle x 2 bowls, 1/2 slice mars bar cheesecake, xmas mince pies, cadbury fav chocs and orange Veetee!!

Back to being good tomorrow :(

Same hear back to eating clean again tomorwo after having a surgar blow out today which made me feel a bit grumpy later on in the day but what the hell it's xmas also drunk a third of 1.5L of coke zero also back to taking my supps as well in the way of calories today I had about 4500 calories.

rats i plannned to try to eat clean today but that quickly went out the window .

8 mini sized bagelks with avocadoo cream cheese and salmon for breakky with heaps of pineapple and grapes , ham turkey kumara potatoes slads etc for lunch , strwawberry desert , the tea ham turkey cheesey broccoli , potato slad , egg salad , pavlova , brandy snaps etc

dam , went a bit overboard but it is xmas .

back to the diet tommorow :oops:

Been pigging out on everthing & getting pissed every day now for two weeks. Have put on 4 kilos. All good though, back to the strict eating & once a week piss drinking next week. I'm confident I can drop the 4 kilos easy over 2-4 weeks. No gym for 2 weeks either. It's good to have a break, been working hard all year so this has been a real treat.
