So went to gym today had all my measurements taken again by my trainer, 1month since we first took em,

Was pretty stoked to find out that i had dropped 5cm off the waist, chest increased by 3cm and well gained muscle mass all over ! Also dropped 3% off my body fat taking me too 13% only 4%till i reach my goal of being under 10%

Just wondering if this is good for 1month of training 5x a week with my PT ?

Christmas tomorrow . . I think its gonna be a hard week at the gym next week ! hahaha
