Well Santa was kind enough to send me a tub of "The Curse" to try out. Have used a few pre workout supps including jack3d, superpump, morph, assault...etc...

This stuff hit me pretty hard...Serving size is same as Jack3d, same funny little scoop and the whole package, container size and all is pretty similiar.

I took 2 scoops, serving size recommended between 1-3. Very focused, nice little tingle and had a great workout. 2 hours later and I feel shagged....I'm not sure if its the curse ( :pfft: ) or just this unbearable heat. Either way I will persist and see how it goes. Nice flavour as well.

Getting into the hard stuff eh? The gym was hotter than normal late today, even the fans couldn't move it.

Santa sent me one too.....

The Curse (what a terrible name for a supplement) worked very well for BJJ rolling session - by far the best session I've had to date (of my very experienced 5 sessions! :pfft: :grin: ).

Got through the whole session with bitching about being exhausted!

Will try The Curse for legs on Thursday.

Nate reccomends getting some Curse to put in ya Man Purse! :grin:

Hey guys

I brought some superpump about a month ago. Was WICKED say the first 5 workouts. After that tho didn't even effect me! just got a bit of a caffeine buzz but nothing compared to the first time.

With most stimulants your body will adapt very quickly and increase its tolerance. Hence worth cycling these types of products.

Lucky mods on the gravy train! I'm off to Gymeez with my arm and a leg to see if Vaughn has any in stock yet. :)

Any problems sleeping after taking this? I mean, does it take a few hours to slow down?

Similar to turbos I suppose. I dont recommend 5 scoops with your pre-bed shake Doc! :naughty:

Not sure if it is the DMAA in it but I seem to be crashing a bit afterwards....sleep is ok tho :)

I find most stims (particularly years ago when ECA was legit) make me crash due to dropping my blood glucose levels. I sorted this by eating during training! :grin: A habit I still have to this day!

Nice tip, will try it, 5 hours later and still got the run over by a train feeling :?

Nate, what are you snacking on while training?

I used to use powerade type drinks, then I went to Sustagen Sport, but then Nickoli bought Dates into the gym & the boys would stand around and eat them from about the second exercise onwards. Habit has stuck!

....well today I did what every irresponsible 51 year old with a dodgy ticker should do and after aknock on the door with a few freebees arrive I decided to mix the "curse" with a sugarfree rockstar and a scoop of superpump max. God knows what the caffeine total of that lot was.

Half hour later I could have run the New York marathon with the squat rack tied to me.

Concentration was clearly not possible so a 1R max was out but bugger me I threw 120 on and just kept going and going and going.

So finally attacked some 180s and then did 10 on a 140 drop set.

Took some of the advice from here and attacked the carbs straight after but fatique really kicked in tonight.

Might just use this stuff on high rep leg days.

I'm liking this stuff more and more!

"I did what every irresponsible 36 year old does" (Had to quote you Gasp! :grin: ) and had 2 nights in a row on the piss (and was ecstatic 8) ) and had to scrape my ass of the ground to train last night.

The Curse + Demon Energy drink and I managed a blinder of a workout with a PR & good volume! WTF? Oh well I'll take that! :nod:
