hey every one just joined, hoping to start a jornal and get so weight liftin goin on haha

a bit about myself

im 23 always liked being fit and got in to weights an that 2 years ago been off and on didnt know wat to eat and when to eat and didnt know which excersises to do and how often to do them ,, so recently i have been doin my homework

so i have started my new weight lifting programe about a week ago il post it all up in my jornal

my height 5'8

weight 165 pounds

bmr is 1801

calorie intake 3200

body fat is about 15%

well thanks :D ,,, when i look back to my old routine i was over training doing a full body workout 3 days to 4 days a week, so this new routine is totaly new an diferent to me, im enjoying it though, my goal is to get to 90 kg with bugga all fat :P i guess some more weights and hard training will hopefully get me there
