bran and protein muff!

these are my next thing to play around with....

bran flakes

wholemeal flour

butter

egg

milk

whey and caesin

bannana

sultannas

hot water

baking soda and powder

vanilla essence

i may through in some sugar.... but if you leave the bannans until they are really black and ripe.... then they will add enough sweetness. also the sultannas help too. or can soak them in the hot water you use first.

bake at 210-220 degrees for 10-12 mins in a muffin tin

or ive made them into a loaf too in a standard loaf tin
