Been going gym for a while now . .

Im 19 , have now decided that i want to get ripped up, Lower my body fat count to under 10% and get noticed ! Im currently training 5x a week with my trainer, Getting the results and achieving my goals ! Dont know what else to say ? Haha

Tips ?

hey, how are you measuring your % bf ? are you doing it yourself? only ask because I'm keen to start measuring myself to keep track on my bulking.

Yo, my trainer does aye with the callipers , Took the measurement 4 weeks ago now, was at 14% im hoping to get under 10% been working extremely hard so ill be interested to see what it is next week !
