Wrist Injury

Recommended Posts

Recently injured my wrist (long story) and first thing I thought of was that I wouldn't be able to lift weights. Was wondering if people had any suggestions for what I could do to atleast maintain my build until it gets better.

Suppose this is a good sign as I could give some serious attention to my legs for once.

Thanks in advance.

Im in the same boat at the moment. Mine has something to do with the ulnacarpo border and down through the finger. Been putting voltaren gel on it and modified my programme to suit. Some days its really bad and I cant use it at all but I try to work around it. I find I can do curls with an EZ bar if I get my hand in the right position. Pushing exercises arent to bad (bench press, DB press) so I concentrate more on those. yeah otherwise its all about legs! But would also be interested in what the experts have to say.

Andy.
