Well im currently going to the gym, but im moving to a different city soon so i wont be able to afford signing up at a new gym straight away..

so ive been looking into getting one of those home pull up bars that hooks/screws onto your door frame.

Anyone else here have one or used one?..

and if so does it do any damage to the door frame?(dont think landlord will want any damage

Yep, I've got one. Doesn't damage the doorframe (well, none that I've used it on!), and I've always been between 90-100kilo when using it.

Only problem is it has to be able to fit your doorframe. I had no troubles in my last flat, but all of the doors in my current house are too wide for it.

Otherwise if you can get it cheap, I say go for it.

Cant go wrong with classic pull ups!
