Does anyone else suffer with this when lifting heavy?

Any suggestions for relief or treatment?

Think you will find its a pretty common complaint with our athletes on here. Try Proctosedyl Ointment containing hydrocortisone an OTC at your Pharmacy. If problems persist obviously see your MD but generally that will settle them down in a few days. :D

Fiber ,have a huge glass of warm water every morning upon waking up.

If it's serious, there is a trick that could relieve it within two days...not that convenient though.

LOL - Why do I have the feeling somethings going to have to go the wrong way up a one way street here Hennie? :pfft:

yeah I had a mate (seriosuly it was a mate not me, it's not one of those stories) who had one, he went to the doctor where he had this tool used on him to push it back in, he said the doctor used the smaller tool, he usually uses a bigger one....hopefully OP doesn't have to suffer the same fate and have a rocket launched where it hurts
