hi guys and gals im 185cm 81kg @ an estimated 11% bf. (abs are becoming quite defined) my goal like everyone else is to get cut up by new years eve and iv just realised a) its 2 weeks away b) my fat loss has plataued :?

anyways im on about 2000cal a day with very low carbs. basicly only post workout. iv been doing this about 3 months and have lost 10kg. im doing the stronglifts 5x5 program and still making strength gains in some areas so hopefully not too much of that has been muscle mass! i dont do any cardio. anyways my question is this. whats the best way for me to lose that last little bit of fat in about 2 weeks? drop some calories, do some cardio or a mixture of both? also i want to do this without losing any of the precious little muscle i have so any ideas on countering muscle loss would b great too :D

thanks in advance

At 2000kcal a day with very low carbs, have you been doing carb refeeds? If you have, I'd suggest throwing in some cardio a few days a week over dropping calories any lower. If you haven't, and you've been eating this way for 3 months straight with no diet breaks, a day or two of over eating with mostly focusing on carbs should help get you past your plateau.

Agree with Phedder. 2000 is very low if not below maintenance for your height weight ratio. Do the recarb & use fat burners like Gen Turbo to fire up the Thermogenics.

thanks for the advice guys. if im completely honest i have taken my foot off the pedal a little the last 2-3 weeks. been the odd treat and missed a couple of trains. i also havent had my sunday carb up day to try make up 4 it but i guess thats only compounded the problem. gonna go hard the next two weeks do everything perfect and add 30 mins cardio followed by a protein shake on my non training days and see how i go. also gonna mix up my trains a bit add some more pushups, dips, chinups and ab work
