Flexmaster Pre-Workout

Per Serving:

1.)4 -6 Grams Citruline Mallate

2.)10 Grams Creatine Mono

3.)1-2 Grams Taurine

4.)3 Grams D-Aspartic Acid (Only if the drink is taken on non workout days as well, and if testosterone boost is a requirement, will probably get wasted for mentioning this one)

The first three works well as a combo for me ( Ok I admit that's with 25mg DMA and 200Mg caffeine in the mix, but that would be a no go if to be called Flexmaster)

What else should or should not be here?

Id be tempted to add glucose and or some glutamine/bcaas but i guess most people will worry about calories and or add that themselves.

I dont like the idea of having beta alanine in it but with creatine and HMB its supposedly synergistic.

I think the D aspartic could be saved for a different test booster complex

I'd pull the caffeine since it's a vaso constrictor (not sure if DMAA does the same)

Wouldn't add glucose, if I was to add a carb it'd be waxy maize

BCAA's and other EAA's would be good to drink too (better intra-workout I believe)

Dunna if I'd have 10g of creatine at that point, I'd prefer it after wards to replace what's been used
