Shotgun Whey vs ON Gold Why and Myofusion

hey

Im 5ft 11, 159lb I have a BF% around 15-20%

I wanna gain lean muscle mass and strength

and lose some fat.

I've never tried an supplement before so im not sure which would be the right one for me. I compared the protein contained in 1kg of shotgun and 2lb of ON gold whey and ON had a couple grams more than shotgun, ive heard myofusin and ON also contain more BCAA's and glutamine and other stuff which give fast lean muscle mass. But is it worth it to pay an extra $20 for ON when you get around the same amount of protein from shotgun and nutrawhey

also are these Healthy and chemical free?

Also Nutrawhey also looks good 23g protein per serve, 33 serves per pack priced at $38

Thanks

after years of spending money on supplements,I just stettle for what tastes best and has a good nutritional profile and has a good reputation. You cant go wrong with either of those orders ,I would settle for the nutrawhey.

try diff (reputable)brands see which tastes the best and just stick with that.any nz whey in my opinion is of top quality.

Dont get pure isolate...

Far too expensive, and would provide little benefit for most. If you want ultra fast absorbing aminos go with some BCAAs around your workout, and then feed up on a shake after. I think even the very experienced on this forum use WPC

Nutratech vs optimum, both are good and at a good price, nutratech is inexpensive, and is quality whey. Optimum has heaps of flavours, all just like having a milkshake, but is more expensive.

Both have natural flavoring options.

Myofusion is a bit different, its more expensive that the local brands, on par with international brands, but is a bit more than just whey, and damn is it a treat!

Its Isolate, Concentrate and Egg albumin

A bit of vits a,c, d and e\

CLA (aids fat loss) and digestive enzymes.

The extras aren't life changing but as a product is great ay, id go Gaspari over any other international brands. If you want inexpensive basic whey, go local, nutratech or shotgun.
