Fat burners

How well do these work? Can anyone recommend a good brand (preferably cheap)?

I get up a few hours before I eat so would be able to have them first thing (ideal time to take them I hear).

I have about 5kg to loose and am already down to 2200cal at 6' and 85kg - and don't really want to cut calories any more or add cardio (I cannot stand cardio I just can't do it)

Fat burners work best to aid, or speed up the fat burning from cardio and decreased calories. Its like any supplement mate, its gonna give you little benefit over not having it. How much do you really want it?

As PD said do your fkn cardio.

Its not a good attitude to not be willing to either drop calories or not do some extra cardio to progress. A lot of people and serious fitness enthusiats/athletes walk as a form of cardio. Walk! Very easy mate, you said you get up early, go for a 30minute walk before you eat and down some green tea and or black coffee.

Ok thanks for your responses. Ah I hate cardio so much! Realisticly how much cardio would be needed to lose fat? I am around 12% looking to go down to at least 10%.

I am hoping to hear maybe 15min steadystate 3x a week as I could probably handle that

Honestly man, you're not alone, most people hate cardio :pfft: I'm one of 'em....

To save myself from doing boring SS type stuff, I do 2-3 20min HIIT sessions per week, or do something interesting like a boxing class :shrug: Try HIIT and see how you go, it's the length of cardio that I hate, so I don't mind going out for a quick blast and coming back pretty drained :)

If I want to do SS, I'll do it with a purpose - e.g. my gym is about 1-1.5hours walk away, so I'll walk there and bus back.
