Dont listen to these guys SKD. Listen to me bro trust me man.

Its school holidays, 7 days is all good I dont need a rest day im all go 24/7.

I was just like you yano...wondering what product to use... ever since I bought Balance Creatine Ive gotten much bigger and it feels awesome. I dont get sore the next day and just keep on going hard in the gym for hours.

Porridge is a good meal, heaps of carbs to burn off throughout the day and very filling.

SKD, what expectations do you have of creatine?

My goal is to put on weight and gain a greater overall mass, my understanding of supplements isn't great but i was hoping it would help assist me and help me train harder and longer? or am i completely on the wrong track?

Yes and no

It will help you gain mass if you eat well too.

Wont help you train any harder, heavier maybe but intensity is up to you. If you wanna bitch out 3 reps short of failure cause it gets too hard, creatine wont remove that mental block (not saying you do/would). In respect to longer, if your nutrition is on point, creatine will help keep your strength up through out your work out but I wouldn't necessarily encourage training longer just cause you can (unless a PLer)

Cheers Peter best answer i have had, i am definitely eating better so it should be helpful and in respect to working out longer it is irrelevant to me so i will definately be trying creatine shortly.

Cheers

They say "its this creatine hunny" :pfft:

Damn, now why didn't I think of saying that! :?

Lol Bob....Creatine.

Cant even take a fishoil cap and multivit nowdays without people looking at you :C

I blame P addicts :shifty:

Imagine how funny they'd look at you if you were licking a fish instead...

I'm thinking in that case looking at you like a P addict wouldn't be unwarranted
