I'll be there in the "cheap seats" to cheer on the competitors! I had fun doing this show last year and it will be nice to catch up with some familiar faces on Saturday!

Well look who it is - hey MasterTel, nice to hear from you.

I might go to the morning show at least, I've a mate doing his second show..but what surprises me compared to previous years is the lack of chatter.... for both the Wellington shows, and for bb shows in general.

I'll probably go. Got a mate competing, it's his first show.

Pre-judging - about sixty-two competitors (some did pairs as well as a solo class).

Some stand-out performances - a great fitness routine; some strong athletic competitors, but where were the physique women, very small classes.

These are Fitness (two competitors) and Masters 50+ and 60+.

Yep that monster is Mark Reed, he won the overalls at the Pan Pacific show I did 3 weeks ago. About 5'10 108kg shredded to the bone. Told you he was good Android! TBH I think he looked alot grainier and harder in Auckland. Still awesome though.

A standout physique in NZ, going to be hard work to beat someone who is obviously so dedicated, big, and in great condition.

Looked darker and more grainy at Pan Pacifics wasn't sure if weas the washout lighting in Wgtn and/or different tan colour? Still can't hide the physqiue though, this is awesome competition to be standing next to!

I remember him being pretty competitive with Darryn and Nathan back in 08 but not quite there. Took a few years off and the size and shape difference is amazing. He lives on the gold coast and is being brought in by Jon Davies. I told him it's a bit unfair to come over and steal our trophies, but he assured me he had a kiwi passport lol.

Will be tough to beat that's for sure.

Oh and he uses Pro tan instead of dreamtan. Good enough endorsement for me, got some on order.

I got the feeling Mark's on quite a bit of gh from the looks of him at the NABBA/WFF. Seems to give him a bit of an edge.. all his muscles looked tigther and more 3Dish.

gonna have to book me a trip to thailand and get some supplies! haha
