I'm here to learn and motivate myself.

I have been doing weights for a little while, however lately I have been a bit lazy, and only managing to get to the gym like twice a week (if that). Fingers crossed it won't happen again. :doh:

Looking to get a bit leaner / bigger / stronger.

You are going to need some committment to get the results you want. But hopefully you'll find the motivation you need here.

You are right Pseudonym :oops: I'll just have to what needs to be done.

Just keep getting yourself in the gym door, the rest will fall into place. I've never regretting going once I'm walking out the door afterwards.
