I love barbell squats, its very satisfying to set up the bar after some big dude whose been blowing and puffing before me, seeing their expression when they look at my size and how much more I can lift than them.

Hate barbell bicep curls, don't know why, but I do them for symmetry.

85-90kg depending on the day but im setting a personal challenge to add 5kg more each fortnight. I start out with 60kg 12 reps and keep the reps the same and increase the weight by 5kg each time, nice deep form tho not ATG, last round down to 10 reps. I weigh 59kg so im well pleased with my progress :clap:

Dont count your chickens before they hatch were yet to see the top half yet! :lol: :grin:

Just kiiding CG those are some awesome squats and it shows that yourve put a bit of effort in! although I must admit you must have some serious issues in your gym if the guys cant squat over 90 :roll:

haha, yes well they need to get their act together, my husband is in competition with me to see who can squat the most, he and his training partner are getting a little ahead of me, but not for long :dancing:

Bit late to the party here, but I honestly can't say that I flat out love or hate any exercise. I would say good mornings are verging on hate, but even they give me a great stretch on occasion and feel awesome :think:

Some days it feels like the bar is going to crush me with every rep, others I feel like I could stack each end full of 20s/grab the heaviest DBs and be sweet :shrug:
