Geez, I don't feel original at all after reading the posts. I also hate lunges, because they love to hurt me :pfft: Nothing seems to give my legs/ass more DOMs than lunges.

Love Deadlifts, because they just make me feel strong.

The exercise that I love are walking lunges while I am feeling the burn in my ass :P love my post training shake with all that yummy proetin going into my and for the exercise that I hate are abs I find training abs a waste of time or boring.

I love deadlifts because I feel like a tank doing them.

I love pullups cos my lats blow up.

I love bb walking lunges cos when I think its failure, I can always squeeze out a few more reps. and I know ive done them a few days later

I hate side delt raises

I hate bicep curls

I hate incline barbell press

ASG wide/sumo squats. why you ask? cause I can lift no where near as much as a normal squat and i still quiver like a bitch after 10. They naaaaaasty

Wide grip pull ups, again cause im useless at them, but I love when i get through a few on a good session.

Anything tricep related I love, just because i love the forms of the tricep.

Anything quad related too, again for the love of the quad forms, and that a good quad workout leaves you dripping and rinsed, makes you really feel like you've worked hard. Accomplishment?

<3 Heavy shrugs/Deadlifts, simply for the fact that it looks like my neck, delt and forarm veins are growing like vines. \:D/
