I guess its the luck of the draw with some people. I have never had a single problem with BB.com. my packages arrive on time all the time exactly 5 days after i have ordered it. I have been dealing with them for about 5 years now. The only problem i ever had was a package that a courier squashed delivered and i took te goods rang BB.com and they sent me a new replacement package plus no cost in courier and i got to keep the old package as well. As a result i now have a shitload of product that will last me at least 6 months.

I am new to this forum and have a question. When everyone says ordering from bb.com, does it mean http://www.bodybuilding.com ? How come few of you got USD $20 range shipping ? I see shipping charges of about $80-90 for a $200 order (I tried 20lbs of Whey Protein and separately 10 bottles of Opti-Men to check if the high shipping charge is because of weight and its about same for both orders).
