my diet, what do you think?

AGE: 18

WEIGHT: 90kg give or take

BODY FAT %: 7-8%

GOALS: get massive

Meal 1:

1.5 cups rolled oats - i cook this in water

3 whole eggs

1/2 cup tinned pinnapple in natural juice

protein smoothie (1 scoop whey, 6xfrozen berries, 1banana, ice, water)

1 cup black coffee

Meal 2:

1 - 2 chicken breast (skin off)

around 2 cups cooked brown rice

1/4 avocado

2 cups veggies

Meal 3:

around 250g canned tuna (one big can one small can)

2 tea spoon extra virgin olive oil

2 cup brown rice

2 cups veggies

Meal 4:

1.5 cups rolled oats - i cook this in water

protein smoothie (same as breakfast)

1/2 cup pineapple

Meal 5:

Baked potatoe or kumera - large

2 cups veggies

either half a plate of steak, fish or 1 - 2 chicken breasts

Meal 6 (BEfore bed):

1 cup rolled oats cooked in water

6x egg white, 2x whole eggs

Pre Workout:

Either a pre workout such as Jack3d or 1x banana, BCAA's, black coffee and sometimes a protein smoothie if hungry.

Post Workout:

Protein shake

1 - 2x bananas

what you think guys? any advice?

Looks pretty solid man, only critique I'd have and it's very minor is possibly a tad light on the fat side compared to your carbs and protein. Maybe throw in a tablespoon of PB with your before bed meal or just make all eggs whole. Would be surprised if you don't get steady gains with that diet though, and if not you'll just have to eat more :twisted:

haha, yeah man. recently cut my cardio so ill see how that goes
