Yo, im new here and I am female, 30 years old and keen to hear what you pros have to say about my diet etc.

ATM i am sitting around 70kgs and 5'10, here is my plan

AM either a protein and fruit smoothie with milk or a ham and egg vogels toastie

snack is usually 1 salada square with small bit of tuna

lunch is chicken and bean salad

snack again is a calciyum, i know but i need a sweet arvo pick me up each day

then dinner is usually quite late, around 8:30/9pm and that is veges or salad, some small bit of carb, potato or rice, and meat.

I do an hour or excersise a day, usually kick boxing or a pump class
