PCT help please!

hey there im about 2-3 weeks from finishing a ten week cyle of test cyp/enth and am clueless in regards to my pct, have been researching but need a proven/safe pct cyle if anyone could help?

Im in new zealand and wondering if i can get clomid/nolva over the counter ?

Hope im not breaching any posting laws but would like help in this area

(also any tips for back/arm acne? after you stop with your cycle does it go away?)

why would you begin a cycle without sorting out your PCT, let alone KNOW something about PCT?

you cant get any of that stuff over the counter. your friend should have told you to delay your cycle until you had everything in hand.

nolva/clomid PCT is fine at standard doses for four or so weeks.

Yeah M8 you need to be onto this before you enter into any steroid or pro hormone cycle. Standard rule is Nolvadex 20mg ed for 3 weeks commencing 14 days after your last Enanthate injection. Thats applicable to a 500mg PW cycle of Test. You can use clomid at 50mg ed for first 10 days to help restore LH & the HPTA but its not necessary. Then you have options of using an AI (Aromatase Inhibitor) like Arimidex .5mg ed or better still Aromasin 25mg ed for the 3 weeks. Your source should be able to hook you up with one of these. You must always have estrogen control on hand for use during & after any cycle to be safe from potential problems.
