Day on Day off

Anyone else do this? I am thinking of switching my workouts to this, might give me more time to recover + wouldn't tie me down as much

thinking of a split like

1.Back and Biceps

2. chest + triceps

3. shoulders + delts

4. legs + abs

I currently am doing 5/3/1 but I feel like it's time for a change

haha allgood the thing with doing day on day off is sometimes you may experience that your doms are worse on the second day after a workout so you may find it harder to train I use to do back 2 days after training legs and found it very hard to deadlift because my legs were still sore especially my hamstrings and glutes which are heavily involved in deadlifting

Just something to consider
