Blood pressure too low?

running at 110/60 was at 140/80 towards end of cycle then dropped down to 130/80 during PCT which is pretty good for me.

lately i feel weaker and its a bit harder to keep the blood in the muscle which is affecting my endurance and strength. my vascularity has toned down too.

im doing only about 15 mins cardio a day. i think the problem is in my nutrition...im now eating one and most days two potatoe meals(400g). if my math is right this is close to 4000mg of potassium without a change in my sodium. my sodium is always low almost, infact non existent apart from trace.

i dont want to blame my PCT for (reduced) water retention or cardio(as its not excessive) as this problem has hit hard in the last few weeks and i only introduced this excess of potassium during this time?

do you guys think it would pay to increase my sodium by about 1000mg? i think the ratio is 4:1 right? keep in mind im getting no more than 1000-1500mg currently.

yes your sodium is too low sodium plays an important role in transporting nutrients around the body and helps with bloodflow getting and keeping your pumps muscle function etc etc its not the evil :twisted: mineral everyone makes it out to be your non active person needs about 2000 mg day so you would atleast need that even more wont hurt as long as you drink plenty of water you will flush out any excess.

also are you now not taking any gear ? because obviously that would make a big difference to your endurance and strength blood flow and vascularity but im sure you know this takes a while to adjust to training off cycle even after a good pct

been off for about....8 or 9 weeks pct was extended an extra week to 5 weeks. that ended 2 weeks ago. i had to use a little adex as i was holding water and getting itchy nips and that took care of it without a huge blow to my estrogen.

i plan to start my next cycle in about 2 or 3 weeks. should i wait 2 weeks and see if i begin to hold more water? i know nolva has a 2 week halflife.

i quickly counted up my sodium and its actually more like 2500mg so i was wrong in my estimate. egg whites have more sodium than i thought :P

this leaves me clueless now...i think i will wait it out and see if my blood pressure rises? i might get it checked at the end of the week.
