Making cardio fun

Like alot of people right now im cutting. I have been doing hour cardio sessions of low intensity cross trainer.

It can be very tedious so I downloaded lots of new movies and uploaded them onto my iPad. Now I sit that on top of the button pad and watch a movie while I cardio. The iPad covers the timer so I don't know how long I've got to to go (good thing), the crosstrainer just stops when the hour is up.

Makes it all a bit less painful.

Share your tips for making cardio just that little bit more

Bearable.

Did the same last year with my iTouch. Caught up on a few movies I hadn't seen for a while.
