hi all names blair im new here, going into my second week after 2 years off, just interseted to know if there is a bulk supplier of protien powder, or even straight egg white, when i was in aussy a guy named lee newman

told me about a place that he got frozen eggwhite from he said it was quite cheap, anyone know of anywhere in nz that does this?

Welcome Blair. I usually use egg whites in the morning porridge, and whey protein at other times for conveniance. Egg whites need to be disguised, I find!
