With all the shit that are in "cheat" foods

I'm not talking bout the fat gain side, sounds like you're a lot like me when it comes to metabolism, I'm currently getting over half my daily carb intake from sugars and my BF isn't budging

and you dont think all that sugar isnt bad for you??

having cheat days is the best thing for your body and mind obviously dont have 6 junk food meals on a cheat day but more a day where you rest up sleep more and have 3 meals which are a bit more relaxed because their high in calories you will still get enough in

there are no rules in bodybuilding do what is best for you and what you enjoy

Not when coupled with protein and the timing of it too

I'm talking about the cholesterol, trans fats and all the preservatives/sweetners etc

Agree though Mrbig, 3 meals or so, not a whole fucking day of it

Anyone questioning that it isn't bad for you, if you eat clean all year round then have a burger you will feel like shit, that's a huge indicator that it is not doing you good

PD I see you said supplements available in NZ are not too effective, by this do you mean there are some that are better but illegal in New Zealand, or just not sold in New Zealand, Im guessing you mean amphetimine based fat burners (duromine etc?)

Yeah dude. Not to say that they wont work but not as effective as the stuff the Yanks have.

I think they are just not sold in NZ

Fat burners available in NZ are a waste of money really, just drink coffee (or take no-doze), green tea, take L-Carnitine and your set. Also fish and evening primrose oil, and even conjugated linoliec acid (CLA) although the research isn't solid

Also a 2 week lay off from being calorie restricted (so eat more but only clean food) will boost that metabolism again for some weeks

Dont take no-doze, its expensive if you are planning to use it as a supplement daily, just buy some basic caffeine pills its like $19 for a 100 pills of 200mg caffeine each. Take a few of them each day and you will be good to go. No-doze has something that inhibits fat loss also, cant remember what it was now though.
