pizza dough (tonights dinner)

made this just now for tonight

200ml warm water

1.5 t dried yeast

1t nice honey

1/2t sea salt

1T flax oil

100g wholemeal flour

150g plain flour

just resting it now and letting it rise. maybe for a hour or so and then roll out into a pizza base for tonight.

looks like it'll make 1 large base for a standard oven tray.

pizza and salad for dinner :)

with all the butter in it too???

If you're worried about the health thing, you might like to know that the smoke point of flax oil is a little over 100 degrees celcius. It's not the best choice for cooking with, you'd be better off using butter :salute:
