Are things like these actually worthwhile?

After an initial encounter with an "enhancing supplement" a ~decade ago, I've decided to have another try.

 

However, this time I will take a more sensible approach, and not just ingest/consume with complete disregard.

 

Obviously, this goes for the topic of this thread too. As much as I want to find a good PCT, I don't seem to be having much luck finding a safe pharmaceutical grade one.

 

Has anyone, who has had blood work done, found any OTC products to be of any use?
