So I finally picked myself up a belt. A while ago there was a pretty informative post (I think by old bull is sfs's journal but I couldn't find it) about how to use a belt when squatting and deadlifting.

It was something like breath in on the squat and pull tight and half breath out on the dead but I can't really remember.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
