Beginners guide to using Gear

I'm good mnz, shit pharma gear, that's where I'm going wrong :lol: Haven't been on the forum for a while got pissed off with PM's asking for gear and idiots sprouting their bullshit bro science. Thought I would drop in and have a look and make a post, bugger me it's turned into the debate of the year, mind you the year is not very old so I'm sure something more exciting will come along. I'm back up to my weight (around 106 kilos) before I got crook so now the fun times start :) Eating heaps of good basic growing food.

I will elaborate alittle as Spector requested. I work night shift so aware that this in it's self is pretty taxing on the body. I'm in my forties now so no longer a spring chicken :( As I said in the past I have done 4, 5,6 day training routines. At the moment 3 times a week is good for me. If I feel that I need to change things at some stage I will.

I don't consider this cycle to be large, guys over here are doing 3-4 grams of test a week plus stuff like HGH. Some of the guys at my gym are from Eastern Europe and the amount of gear they take is scary, even for me. They have a completely different mindset to the average Kiwi guy. Mind you the cost of gear here is peanuts compared to what you pay in NZ plus it is legal to use it over here.

I went and watched the Mr Universe competition which was held recently here in the UK, some of the guys from Eastern Europe and other places like Brazil were monsters. They would hold there own on the Mr Olympia stage.

I will be doing a couple of Big cycles later on this year/2012, I will be getting advice on my diet as I will probably have to be consuming 5000 to 7000 calories a day to take advantage of the amount of gear, otherwise it's just wasting the gear.

Will I do a journal here no probably not, really can't be bothered with all the bull shit comments that seem to plague this forum from certain members. Hope everyones training goes well for 2011.

All good bro, I can understand the work hours taking a toll on the body, I was going through the same thing when i was working full time on call hours setting up staging and conferences around london when i was living there. Miss my old gym in Bristol. Now that was a old school gym..lol

Ok so if I follow this beginners cycle, and for my PCT I run:

..14 days after last injection then:

20mg Nolva per day (3 weeks)

0.5mg arimidex every day (3 weeks)

can I use the ARIMEDEX HD 28 Caps (can buy legally online)? they say the tabs are 25mg, which seems a sh*t load stronger than 0.5mg. What dosage of the HD caps should I take?

also during my cycle, what anti-estro's should i use in case I get gyno effects, can I use the HD caps during the cycle for that purpose too?

you wouldnt need adex during pct, nolva will suffice. if you bloat or get itchy/sore nips run arimidex during cycle at .25mg eod.

Im 36 years old, been training seriously for a couple of years now, naturally, using only Tribulus, and a pre workout supplement to try and increase training level. and have seen no great gains in mass only strength

my diet is good and i work out pretty hard,

any advice would be great , to help break through ..

Oh god your guna get hammered if you ask stupid questions like that. Go do some research.

You need to seek some private advice from trusted people rather than openly posting this question on the forum. You are at a stage where you need to gather a lot more information too help you make an informed decision before asking the question oral vs inject. The basic direction you need to investigate is - For the most part, Intramuscular injection of a bio-identical hormone is safer than taking c17aa oral AAS. Both have their place in the world of enhancement but you need to take a few steps back and get some support from people that will have your health & best interests at heart .

just testing the water..

ive done a lot of research, live in a small town

small gym, not a lot of people there to get talking to for advice.

just trying to break through the hard gain.

any help appreciated..
