interested to know how you go

With the eggs and or milk it may need to stay in the fridge? Is this going to be a problem? With all those dry ingrediants will definately need something to bind it together. Could replace the peanut butter with honey. Good thick sticky stuff.

Andy.

all done

didnt use eggs or milk

will make a load of bars :)

big tray over 1cm thick

i used a little water to mix it to the right consistency and then pressed onto a tray and set in fridge

ill cut into bars soon, then wrap them indivdually and leave a few in the fridge. and freeze the rest.

may have to be a late night snack when i go on a bathroom mission at 3am lol

mission accomplished

next is bran and protein muffins :)

extra eggs, bran flakes and wholemeal flour ofcourse

also going to try my hand at some protein wholegrain bread too :)

(been a chef for 12 years helps :)
