work out 5-6 times a week (1/1.5 hour sessions)

Eat 3-5 times a day

Ill be purchasing some supplements on monday online and was looking for some advice. I want to stack up on weight off course i prefer all of that to be lean muscle. Had a read through most topics and other websites and gained a wide variety off knowledge on things i can improvement on.

I gather i need calories LOTS OF THEM  ... For that i have decided Mutant Mass is the way to go (have tried it before) 1030 calories per serving/52g of protein. I wont be using this as a meal replacement thou just a shot of protein day and night on top off my meal.

I already have cell mass post workout stuff sitting in my pantry therefore i all need now is pre workout stuff. I've read various reviews and experiences, came to a conclusion to go for Jack3d and mono or kre-alky on top of that. 5g of creatine monohyrate a day should i enough i gather.

Mixing jack3d and mono shouldn't be a problem would it? need some opinions on this...

Lastly aussie bodies protein bar which packs a whooping 52g protein in it, ive got two packs at home. Bloody hell its disgusting lol and long as fu%k, plan on using that as snack once a day.

Any suggestions or feedback would b appreciated :)

jacked already has creatine it

id get some creatine mono to have post work out with some quick carbs and good protein powder (whey)

protein bars are good, make your own! its cheaper

or make some egg sammies on wholegrain bread :)

also look at have a slow diegesting protein pre-bed. such as cottage cheese or a caesin supplement

id also aim for 5-6 meals per day

Creatine is 5 grams each serving. So Jacked hasn't got enough.

Grab the eatme mass stack combo deal online.

500 grams of creapure creatine mono,

500g glutamine powder and a huge

4kg of protein powder

$199

http://www.eatme.net.nz/protein-powder/mass-stack.html

My flatmates chew through the stack and we go hard out.

Seems like a good deal apart from the fact that 30g of whey has 124 calories is freaking poor.

Yeap already know jack3d has creatine in but just not enough. 3 scoops gets you 3grams of creatine mono.

Got the bars free so should be algud. Copy that on the eggs & cottage cheese part lol

I have been blending up my own post workout shake but would be really good as a meal replacement also.

410g Tin of peaches in lite juice (put this in the blender first)

100g Harraways rolled oats

60g Whey Protein Isolate (unflavoured fonterra stuff)

10g Glutamine

Blend it up with no added water or milk. Ends up a real nice consistancy.

Total Calories 788

Protein 73.1g

Carb 112.8g

Fat 7.3g

Then straight home for a feed usually about 45 minutes later (doesn't seem to even touch the sides after a decent workout). The reason i make my own "mass gainer" is for the same reason Dontrunwithknives said. My stomach doesn't agree with them. Feel bloated as buggery & Farts Galore (do i want to keep my missus? YES!) :pfft:

There is also other Pros to why it is better.

1. You know what is actually in your shake. (no matrix blends or propriety blends :pfft: )

2. Cost !!! If you buy everything at the right place.

Davis Trading for your oats & protein. $23 ish i think for WPC per KG. $30 per KG for WPI. Oats are $42 for 20kg.

So the whole shake i have listed above works out to cost around $3.50. Just Can beat that shit ay

Anyway thats enough from me, need to go throw 900g of skinless boneless breast in the pan for todays meals
