yeah bro, lots of good info on the website. plus if you have any questions or want a basic rundown of the product pm me and ill answer. its great though, i use it myself for my comp preps and for offseason. id reccomend it for anyone else who is natural and competes in bodybuilding at a regional or national level. keeps me lean and has added a decent amount of mass in the 2 years ive taken it and is good for injury prevention and bone and joint health.
