Rate my breakfast?

I would say, you are wasting alot of money on more protein than your body needs. According to the EAS Sports Nutrition Review, the maximum protein the body can utilise daily is about 2.2grams per kg of body weight. If your goal is to lose weight, you might find that you are struggling. Both intensity and duration of exercise can alter the amounts of protein you need but 2.2grams is a ballpark figure. One steak has roughly 20-30 grams of protein, 5 eggs scrambled 30 grams. You need to stagger protein intake throughout the day 6 meals per day or there abouts. What are your other meals through the day like?

Dam I got alot to change thats way too much protein. My goal is to bulk up but not on like 90grams of protein in breakfast alone.

Other meals, dunno really I vary. Usually some fish n chips or these cheap lunch bags yano with the rice prawns and crackers and a fruit drink and a jelly. Dinner usually chops with salad n chips.

Good nutrition takes abit of planning, its all about the balance of carbs, proteins and fats. If you buy a tub of whey protein powder, you can make shakes up and take them to work/uni or whatever, so thats your morning and afternoon tea, simply add in abit of fruit or yoghurt to each. Lunch, a meat/salad sandwich and a 1/4 cup nuts makes an easy meal. I think you need to submit on paper what you eat and have a good look at changing things, especially jelly, fruit drinks, chips, they're doing nothing for you except adding to your fat stores.

meh cbf with all that protein shakes with banana stuff.

Ive changed it to one small peice of honey marinate steak with one egg and a bowl of cereal (that special k kinda stuff) with about four peices of toast (jam spread usually) and a banana and a cup of juice.

Oh and im currently on balance tech creatine an gaspri protein but I heard the superpump250 is mean as so should I invest in it?

Hello Deano. Just to let you know, this is my only account on here (case you didn't know)

Like Josef said, it's good to have carbs in the morning. But my opinion is just throw out the cereal and replace it with a bowl of rolled oats.

Rolled oats are your best friend and they keep you going throughout the day (even through a workout) because they burn slow.

Rolled oats, Rolled oats!!!

Who agrees with me, anyone... anyone?
