Hello

I have just completed a cycle of USP labs oxyelite pro fat burner and was very impressed with the energy and motivational aspect of them but have had real trouble sleeping on them and find they actually make me hungrier particularity at night,i was relatively lean in the onset of taking the pills 77kg at 178cms with 10% bf although im sure ive gained muscle i kinda wanted to just maintain mass and cut to 7-8% and then punch up the clean calories and bulk to 12% then do another 'mini cut'.Also my goal is too be ripped not contest condition but close clearly defined abs and cut quads by chrissy.Thanks in advance will post current diet and appreciate any ideas,input advice.Ta.

M1 6.00am ON Nitrocore 1xscoop and water + banana

M2 9.30am 1.5 cup brown rice 6 whole eggs + 2 yolks

M3 12.30 1 cup oats ,with either pro powder or egg whites mixed in.

M4 3.30-4.00pm 1.5cup either brown or white rice 6oz chicken.

M5 7.30PM 6-8oz Fish or shrimp or steak with fibrous carbs (broco, kumara) ect.

M6 10.00pm cottage cheese (lite 250grams)+1oz mixed nuts and apple or other fruit 1 piece on leg and heavy training days i include a whole tin of lite peaches or fruit salad 400grams around (400 kilojules extra) for quality carbs i also sometimes change the cottage for Greek yogurt.

I train 5 times weekly with weights intensely and do HIIT cardio 4-5 times per week i am not sure on the macros but i seem to maintain bf on this amount of food i would like to tweak this diet to maintain muscle yet lose fat slowly yet efficiently to have a nice hard look for chrissy.I realize that i waffled on here but would appreciate any input.Reaper. :pray: 8)
