Hi Guys

I've just signed up with NZBB, a mate told me about this site. I have been natural for some time now and want to take the next step but know very little about the in's and out's of it.

I've been hitting the gym for 2 years solid now and have always wanted to hit the 100kg mark with no luck so far, still sitting around 92kg.

You guys seem to know your stuff so any advise for an ameteur like me to get started would be greatly appreciated :)

Its unlikely that you will receive much help with this type of question. What you need to do is your own research & gain some understanding of what is required. Then you need to put up your personal & body stats, training program, goals, type of sport you are involved in (BBing, PLing,MMA etc) & daily nutrition plan. Then you can ask specific questions about what you are planning to run as a first cycle. There are many threads on here if you use the search function in this forum to pull up newbie cycles or first timers.

mate if you have been going to the gym for 2 years then there should be someone there that you can ask about putting on some more muscle and like what MNZ said lets see some numbers

as MNZ said, stats, we get you been training 2 years, now other info which is needed is age, BF%, diet, how often and how hard per week gym time, current supps you on and sleep patterns, take a look at some of the other post's on this site, guy's that have an idea will tell you the same thing, until you have your diet, training, sleep, and 4-5 months to dedicate to your cycle dailled in, don't bother, sounds harsh, but that's what I have heard and read.
