Biceps or Triceps?

Listen guys iv been wondering this for a while. What do you prefer having, massive biceps or massive triceps. The century old pose of flexing your bicep does it for me. Everyones familiar with it and everyone loves it. Just wondered what you think...Bicep or Tricep. Im a keen advocate of Brilliant Biceps

sure biceps make yr arms look good wen yr flexing but if u got a singlet on its yr tris tthll make yr arms look huge

I'm greedy and like both! Triceps are my favourite though, as they make teh arms look HUGE!

Triceps. If you can get good definition on them, they look awesome. Just a pity I can't!

I like both :grin: and you need to train both. IMO your arms look stupid when flexed if you only have huge biceps. Tri's make up the bulk of the arm.
