Shaky legs

Hey,

just wondering what causes this.

im talking about on the negative or downward phase of leg extension or even holding it for a squeeze at the top my legs tend to shake, usually its not too bad but today it was pretty intense like someone was holding a jackhammer on my legs.

cause?

Probably just fatigue. I assume you are doing these after some sort of compound exercise?
