Can professionals compete as amateurs in NABBA/WFF Universe?

Thought I'd ask this question can an athlete who is a professional Bodybuilder compete as an amateur in a NABBA/WFF Universe event?

If so what criteria does the professional have to meet to do so?

I am referring to a competitor who enterss hows to try and win prize money on a regular basis.

I am not talking about a one off show endorsement but a bodybuilder who makes regular money from events entered and advertises that they are a professional body builder.
