protein/carb bar recipes/ideas....?

The one I make all the time is pretty simple but good:

4 cups oats

8 scoops protein powder

100g peanut butter

Mix together with as little water as possible, then put in a tray in freezer. When it's solid enough, I cut them into 12 bars, then freeze the individual bars wrapped in glad wrap til I need them. Defrost and eat straight from fridge preferably but they're ok in a container - not recommended putting them in a snowboard jacket pocket and taking them up the mountain with you though :pfft:

If I use a yummy flavour protein powder (like chocolate coconut) then I just eat the bars as they are, but depending on flavour you can add whatever else you like.
